...from the archives; I needed something colorful because everything in Arizona right now is dead and brown/yellow in these summer months. :)

The 45° angle of the shot is the first thing that makes this shot unique from so many pieces of floral photography, and what initially drew it to my attention. One other beautiful aspect of this shot is the contrast of colors. The sky blue and white clouds against the brilliant yellows and green stems, just exemplify the harmony of this shot.

Overall this is just a fantastic photo with amazing vision and techinique. The focus is perfect, and the blur of the sky almost makes it look like a beautiful painting. You definitely have a talent for photographing the beauty of nature.
