This is one of those cool artsy 'near down-town' spots, next to one of my favorite breakfast spots called 'Matt's Big Breakfast'... if you've seen Diner's Drive Ins and Dives you may have seen it on that show.
Oh yeah... I have no idea what "Community Burn Platform" means, any ideas?
Not sure if I'll keep or scrap. Something about the art on the building I just like... let me know? Cheers everyone!
The tones and the distortion immediately signals this as a Shawn shot, it has your fingerprint all over it and its good to have a style that distinguishes you from the masses.
What do I like about this, I have a love of urban scenes and more so graffiti, odd as I take little shots of this myself.
The lines work for me as you have got it spot on in regards to the subject, the large poster at the end of the female screaming frames this well and leads your eye along the side to the vanishing point.
Although not a great distance the distortions pulls the vanishing point further along than it should be and that's a bonus on this shot. The only slight niggle I have and it is slight is the crop at the bottom, I would have liked to see the foliage continue to complete the image.
The stark contrast between the art on the walls & the rest of the environment is sorta' captivating. Plus the building looks like a bus or train. I say keeper . . .
As a side note; I like the repetition of the clouds; in the sky, and then as a reflection in the top two window panes.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11
The green jumps out and grabs your attention, but the sky is fighting REALLY hard and is distracting. If you dulled the white clouds to a grey, it might help. They don't really do anything for me, but I know how precious clouds are in Arizona, rofl!
Also distracting is that pole on the right side.
*IF* you were to adjust the image, I would suggest doing something with the clouds (though I'd suggest that you play around with it, because you never know what might work!), clone over the litter in front of the building in the grass, crop out the light pole.
Fun shot!

All in all a great shot
