I've always wanted to have a shot of a desolate road, when I first joined DA I saw a few shots of a stormy day and a road going off far into the distance and loved them so much. I was finally able to get out somewhere with no cars on the road and take some shots, I had a lot of fun with it. This was my favorite shot of that trip, and I'm now happy to have one of these shots myself!
