More experimentation with architectural photography. One of the biggest goals I have as a photographer is to be able to not have to drive for hours upon hours to find good shots. Traveling and all is great; but being able to find a way to make average things looks extraordinary is where a lot of my most recent efforts have been going. I think once you can master that... you have great freedom as a photographer... not to mention new shot opportunities in places you might have skipped over before. This is a good example... it was taken at a rather regular looking office building near my house... but I tried to make it foreboding and larger than life with the way I took it... hopefully I succeeded. :)

As always any and all comments and :+fav:'s are greatly appreciated. A big thanks to all my great watchers on here; I consider Deviantart to be a home away from home of sorts; and you all really make my day sometimes... I couldn't do it without you all.

Hm. I like this - the clouds reflect almost just so that it looks as though the building is a part of them.

Interesting how we try to blend with nature, hm?

I really love what you're trying to do...I must admit I've been trying to do that too with my photos of shops and other buildings in the local area, though in a totally different way of course. Your approach is really powerful.
