I really felt the need to do a conceptual piece, and I what I did was find this quote first; then I went out and took the photo. I think it was more appropriate that way. I know that the use of silhouettes is nothing new; and you've probably seen the technique done quite a few times before... but I personally have never done it, so it's new to me and I wanted to try it. :)

Hope you enjoy, don't mean to be a downer with this... just wanted to make more of piece that would inspire thought. Plus it's much easier to depict this kind of emotion than many others.

Does the color automatically come out like that or does it just apply a red tint to the picture and you mess with it in ps?
