Liked the different mixture of trees in this one... I think it gives a nice sampling of how IR can make different types of foilage look. I kind of enjoyed this one simply because it looked calming and put me at ease... like it was peaceful. Very much like dream land.
As always any comments, 's, criticism, or whatever is always welcomed and appreciated.
On a somewhat unrelated note... I'm trying to make a pact with myself that I'm going to submit more of my work on here... I have the really bad habit of being way too hard on myself and not submitting 99.9 percent of the shots I take. I still won't be flagrantly submitting work that I don't think is worth it; but I hope to not scrutinize my work so much so that I don't post some things that I really should. I'm sure some of you can relate.
HARD ON YOURSELF!!!? HARD ON YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????? Are you crazy. Yes pact with yourself about getting your stuff up here, mister! NOW! ^^' There's no reason for you not to, you're extremely talented. Let me repeat: There is no reason for you not to!
Anyways. This is quite splendid. Looks like a wintery, spring blossom mixture of a place I'd, like you said, visit in my dreams. And meet little hobbits or something. Quite lovely! Very real looking, besides the fact that there are different kinds of trees living with one another. ^^

Ha ha... ya I know... I need to work on it. You know what I mean about that though... do you ever do that. You have maybe a few pieces and when all is said and done; you think to yourself. "I just don't know". Like I said... it's totally a bad habit that I need to break. Ha ha. I'm definetly working on it. Anyway, glad you liked this one and thanks for the kind words.

Nice to see that you can relate to that dilemma. Now the question I always pose to myself is this... should I not submit anything that I don't personally think is some of my best work... or should I submit anything that I generally like... just to put it out there? Ideally I want to get to a point where I don't feel bad if I submit a photo that isn't my best... know what I mean. I would never submit crap... but I wanna try and stop filtering out photos that some people might actually like; just because I don't don't think its a 10/10... shouldn't stop me from posting it. Anyway man, glad to see that you can relate.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. However, I can relate big time. I've set a really high standard for my own work as well. And, at the same time, dont submit alot of stuff.
I feel I am still refining my skills a lot, hence why I scrutinize my own work severely.
Anyway, its a great shot. Only thing that looks out of place is that barrel.
